In East L.A., newspaper uplifts troubled neighborhood

A group of youth journalists are covering news in a community that hasn't had a positive voice in years. In a quarterly paper called the "Boyle Heights Beat," a small staff of high schools students write about tough issues facing their area. NBC's Miguel Almaguer reports. July 8, 2012
