As a part of a writing assignment given to them by a non-profit organization called InsideOUT Writers, three incarcerated juveniles gave their take on a poem they read in class. The classes -- taught by writers, poets, screenwriters, journalists and educators -- give students the opportunity to tell their stories, reflect on the past, and decide how they will write the next chapter in their lives.May 9, 2012
