Jaycee Dugard to receive Hope Award

Dugard, who was abused during her 18-year abduction, was reunited with her family in 2009. She will be recognized Tuesday at the 11th annual Hope Awards gala sponsored by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. NBC’s Brian Williams reports.
