Pennsylvania Lt. Gov. John Fetterman who is running for an open Senate seat against celebrity doctor Mehmet Oz attended his first campaign event since suffering a stroke in May 2022. Fetterman said he was “grateful” to be alive, adding his wife saved his life after “recognizing” he was having a stroke.
