Making a Difference: Charter school creates learning community

The Learning Community charter school in Central Falls, Rhode Island was founded in 2004 and works with some of the city’s most impoverished students.  Teachers have developed a reading initiative that has significantly boosted students’ test scores.  They've shared their success by collaborating with public school teachers in their district and hope to share their strategies with teachers nationwide. Rock Center Special Correspondent Chelsea Clinton reports.
