Making a Difference: Kids get boost from restaurants’ leftovers

In central Florida, one in four kids do not get enough to eat at home. They rely on afterschool programs, like the Boys and Girls Club, to get complete meals. The cash-strapped programs are getting a boost from a national restaurant chain which is donating thousands of pounds of excess food.
