A Michigan man has been charged with murder, five years after he allegedly put a fatal dose of heroin in her cereal and milk. According to the prosecutor, Jason Harris originally paid $5,000 to a man to kill his wife, but the hit man was caught by police with a firearm. WEYI's Veronica Meadows reports.
