Newly-surfaced video from Sandra Bland’s traffic stop before death in police custody

The new video from Sandra Bland’s vantage point shows former Texas State Trooper Brian Encinia pulling a taser on her as she sat in the driver’s seat, and yelling, “Get out of the car! I will light you up!” Until now, the public has only seen footage of the incident from the trooper’s dash cam, and from bystanders.May 8, 2019
