Northeast gets flooded; crane collapses in D.C.


From Maryland to New England, towns that have already been soaked by Hurricane Irene, are getting soaked all over again by the remnants of tropical storm Lee. And in Washington, a 500-ton crane repairing damage caused by last month's earthquake collapsed on Wednesday. NBC’s Harry Smith reports.
