NTSB: No Sign Engineer Was Using Phone During Crash
During a Senate hearing on rail safety, Tho Bella Dinh-Zarr, the Vice Chairman for The National Transportation Safety Board, says that there was no indication the engineer was talking on his phone or texting during the crash of an Amtrak train last month.
