Pete Buttigieg says 'black lives matter' while speaking on racial injustice


While speaking at the National Action Network Convention, South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg laid out his agenda to combat racial injustice if he were to win the 2020 presidential election and said "black lives matter." The long-shot candidate came under fire after previously saying "all lives matter" in 2015.
