Residents in disbelief after dogs attack, kill Alabama woman

An Alabama Department of Health employee was killed by a pack of dogs while responding to a report about an attack involving the same dogs from earlier attack in the week. The owner of the dogs was charged with manslaughter and several of the animals were euthanized. WAFF’s D’Quan Lee reports.
