Mayor steps in after school's valedictorian blocked from giving speech

After the University Preparatory Charter School For Young Men's first black valedictorian was blocked from giving a speech at the high school's graduation ceremony, Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren stepped in to allow the graduate, Jaisaan Lovett, to speak at City Hall. The school's principal allegedly denied Lovett because of his participation in student protests.
