Russian-backed video agency producing content to escalate U.S. political tension


NBC News’ Ken Dilanian reports on a group of Russian-backed web sites, including Ruptly, Soapbox, “In the Now,” and Redfish, that have been putting out sophisticated English-language content that experts say is edited and curated in a way designed to exacerbate American political tensions.
