Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen, speaks at the border directing her comments to the migrants saying, "We are very serious you will not get into our country illegally." Thousands of migrants are just south of the U.S. border, staying in makeshift shelters in Tijuana as they decide whether to stay in Mexico or apply for asylum in the U.S. Inspectors along the border are processing about 100 claims a day.
