In honor of the 225th Anniversary of the Constitution, petitioners were sworn in as new citizens in front of the original "Charters of Freedom" (Declaration of Independence, U-S Constitution and the Bill of Rights). Archivist of the United States David S. Ferriero and Homeland Security Secy. Janet Napolitano welcomed the new citizens. Sept. 18, 2012
