T. rex skeleton sells for more than $5 million at auction

A Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton consisting of 293 bones that stands at nearly 13 feet tall was sold at a Zurich auction house for 4.8 million Swiss francs ($5.3 million). The skeleton is a composite, built from specimens from three sites in Montana and Wyoming.April 18, 2023
