The reinvention of 'Maytag town'

When the Maytag washing machine plant shut down in 2006, the city of Herrin, Illinois lost its primary economic engine. But thanks to the city's creative job retraining programs, many of those who lost their jobs are once again employed. NBC's John Yang reports.June 2, 2011
