The Libyan capital Tripoli is under siege, with snipers at large and sporadic gunbattles breaking out across the city. A gun battle raged around apartment blocks where it was thought Gadhafi and his sons may have been hiding. . As they fought, a new audio message said to be from Gaddafi called on his supporters to march on Tripoli. ITVs James Mates reports.
