President Trump: I’m open to renegotiating trade deals

As his visit to the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland begins, President Trump told CNBC that he would be open to renegotiating the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal. He said that renegotiating the deal, which he pulled out of in January 2016, could be possible “if we made a much better deal.” TPP was an agreement comprised of 12 nations in the Pacific rim and the U.S., build to curb China’s influence.Jan. 25, 2018
