A U.N. mission set off from the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia to inspect the nuclear power plant in the Russian-controlled town of Enerhodar on Thursday, despite reports of intense shelling there. IAEA Director-General Rafael Grossi said he was aware of the high risk but emphasized that the team has “a very important mission to accomplish.”
