Video shows a school resource officer slamming a student to the ground at Liberty High School in Kissimmee, Fla. NBC News does not know what happened before the recording began. The officer, identified as Deputy Ethan Fournier, is on paid administrative leave pending the investigation outcome. Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez said the student was "fine."
