West Virginia governor announces deal with teachers unions, end of strike

West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice announced the end of the statewide teachers strike on Wednesday. Justice announced a deal had been made, to raise teachers’ salaries by 5 percent in the first year, and a 3 percent raise for all other education related state workers. Schools will be back in session on Thursday.Feb. 27, 2018
