A few fans of The Who were rewarded today for keeping their ticket to the cancelled 1979 show in Providence, Rhode Island as they were allowed to exchange their unused ticket for a seat to the band’s upcoming Quadrophenia show in February. WJAR’s Bill Rappleye reports.
