A fierce storm is sweeping down the East coast of England, bringing with it what could be the worst tidal surge in sixty years. Thousands of people have been told to evacuate their homes. Dozens of severe flood warnings are in place. Scotland bore the brunt of it, with 140 mile an hour winds disrupting travel by road, rail and by air. ITN’s Lewis Vaughan Jones reports.Dec. 5, 2013
