The Oura Ring 4 is the brand’s latest model, with a longer eight-day battery life, a wider range of sizes and more advanced sensors. The sensors inside the ring are flush with the interior, meaning a smooth build that’s sleek and comfortable to wear.

Anyone with a Samsung phone should consider the Samsung Galaxy ring for health and sleep tracking — it’s back at its lowest price ever right now. It tracks health, sleep, stress, fitness and exercise metrics, similar to the Oura Ring. I love its sleek, concave design and wired charging case, especially compared to other smart rings I’ve tried.
This smart ring has the best battery life out there (up to 12 days), plus it comes with a charging case that can add up to 150 more days before needing to recharge. Like other smart rings, it tracks your health, sleep and fitness, but it does not require a subscription to use.
Whoop (and its subscription) is a bit pricey, so anytime it’s on sale is noteworthy. It’s essentially a screenless watch band you wear around your wrist (or upper arm) that tracks health, sleep and fitness data relatively automatically.
