A third suspect charged in a fatal Harvard University dormitory shooting has been ordered held without bail, and a prosecutor has identified the alleged shooter.

A not guilty plea was entered for 23-year-old Jason Aquino at his arraignment Monday in Cambridge District Court on murder, armed robbery and other charges.

At the hearing, a prosecutor for the first time identified Jabrai Jordan Copney as the person investigators believe is the shooter. Copney has pleaded not guilty.

The May 18 shooting left 21-year-old Justin Cosby dead.

Copney and Blayn Jiggetts have been indicted on first-degree murder charges. All three suspects are from New York and prosecutors say they intended to rob Cosby of marijuana and cash.

The victim and defendants weren't Harvard students.
