COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 7, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PSI Corp. (Pink Sheets:PSCP), operating as Pantel Systems, Inc. ("PSI" or "the Company"), today announced a joint marketing agreement with a leading national organization to provide PSI's innovative customized couponing kiosks to convenience stores, petroleum locations and similar C-store outlets nationwide.

Coupon Express kiosks have previously been established in leading supermarkets throughout the New York City tri-state region. This latest marketing agreement – with one of the nation's fastest growing convenience-store service organizations – signals the start of PSI's broad national rollout into new vertical and geographic markets, with Coupon Express kiosks scheduled to be placed in 600 well established C-stores nationwide in 2011.

A national merchandising and marketing company for independent, single and multiple-site retailers, the partner organization services thousands of convenience stores, petroleum locations, truck stop-travel plazas, auto repair shops, college book stores, independent drug stores, tobacco outlets and liquor stores throughout the country – benefiting its members by selecting, negotiating, implementing and tracking the best vendor programs on their behalf.

Coupon Express kiosks will provide independent convenience stores with the same state-of-the-art capabilities benefiting city supermarkets. Using the innovative Point of Sale technology of PSI's partner, Midax, Inc., the kiosks provide in-store, on-demand customized couponing in multiple languages, for immediate impact, enabling retailers to quickly determine ideal price-points for new products and mitigate losses from hard-to-sell items. The kiosks not only instantly issue, redeem and report coupons, they can also link them to a paperless loyalty card program that provides automatic deductions at checkout.

Eric Kash, CEO of PSI, Inc., stated, "We are very excited to announce this important new step in expanding the national reach of the Coupon Express kiosks.  Our innovative kiosks and software technology are beginning to revolutionize point-of-purchase services and information for the nation's independent grocery and convenience stores. In this difficult economy, they uniquely enable small businesses to build a new level of customer loyalty and achieve greater efficiency and profitability."
