NORWALK, Conn., Jan. 21, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FactSet Research Systems Inc. FactSet ranked #64 in the overall 100 and was among 14 companies highlighted for "Best Benefits: Health Care." "Our employees have once again made us one of FORTUNE's '100 Best Companies to Work For' through their hard work and dedication," said FactSet CEO Philip A. Hadley. "Since November 2008, we have added 1,100 employees. While other companies have limited their headcount growth, we have invested in the company by adding to our talented employee base, and it's our employees we have to thank for this honor."

The latest rankings mark FactSet's third appearance on the list in four years. FORTUNE cited FactSet's five-week new hire orientation and training program as some of the highlights for employees. Of the 100 companies chosen, FactSet is one of only 14 that pay 100% of their employees' health-care premiums.

To pick the 100 Best Companies, FORTUNE partners with the Great Place to Work Institute to conduct the most extensive employee survey in corporate America. Two-thirds of a company's score is based on survey responses from randomly selected employees.
