Churchill Downs Incorporated (CHDN) will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City's Times Square.

Churchill Downs Incorporated's namesake racetrack, Churchill Downs in Louisville, Kentucky, will begin its 2011 Spring Meet of racing with its first-ever "Opening Night" program on Saturday, April 30th, and will celebrate the 137th running of the Kentucky Derby presented by Yum! Brands on Saturday, May 7th.

To mark the occasion, William E. Mudd, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Churchill Downs Incorporated (CHDN), will ring the Opening Bell.
