Dutch Issue Report in MH17 Downing

A report released  by the Dutch Safety Board into the Malaysian airways MH17 plane crash over Ukraine concludes it was hit by a large number of objects travelling at high speed and  said there was "no evidence of technical or human error." ITV’s Richard Pallot reports.
