Imprisoned Venezuelan opposition leaders Leopoldo Lopez and Daniel Ceballos have begun a hunger strike and are calling on a peaceful march to protest the political situation in the country. The Wall Street Journal’s José de Córdoba discussed the situation with MSNBC'S José Díaz-Balart.
