Swimmers in Europe Jump into Icy Waters for New Year's Dip

Divers in Rome leaped into the icy Tiber River, in Berlin members of a swimming club braved the frosty waters of Lake Oranke and swimmers filled the beach in the seaside district of Scheveningen in The Hague for a traditional dip.
