'Skyrim: Dragonborn' takes flight ... on the backs of dragons

It's time to saddle up and ride, Skyrim fans. The rumors are true — there is new add-on content coming to the hit game and it will let you take flight aboard the backs of dragons.

But before you stop to wonder whether dragon-riding actually requires a saddle and what size that saddle might be, here watch the trailer for the new content:

Rumors of a third add-on to the epic role-playing game began circulating a couple of weeks ago after a player found clues hidden in Skyrim's patch code.

"Dragonborn" follows the vampire-filled adventures in the "Dawnguard" expansion and the home-building/child-adopting pursuits of the "Hearthfire" add-on. But not only does this third expansion put players atop dragons, it also looks like we'll be returning to Morrowind — the location of the third game in the series. The developers at Bethesda have yet to say for sure. In fact, other than the trailer little has been revealed about the forthcoming add-on.

"Dragonborn" comes to the Xbox 360 version of Skyrim on December 4th for $20. There's no word yet on when it arrives for PC or, well, the PlayStation 3 ... though PS3 owners probably aren't holding their breath since they have yet to get any of the Skyrim add-on content.
