An airline passenger accused of yelling profanities, making crude comments and pushing a flight attendant on a Chicago-Las Vegas flight has been charged in federal court with interfering with flight attendants.

Andy Lee Osuna, 29, was arrested Friday after Southwest Airlines Flight 2275 was diverted to Denver. The flight crew had restrained him with flex cuffs.

An arrest warrant affidavit released Tuesday said Osuna denied yelling profanities and making crude comments and said he did not remember being handcuffed. The affidavit said Osuna told investigators he drank two malt liquors before the flight and had five cocktails on board.

Passenger Jacalyn Bohlinger told authorities she, her husband and a young woman were sitting in the row behind Osuna when he turned around and made a lewd comment. When the Bohlingers objected, Osuna allegedly grabbed Bohlinger's husband's shirt, the affidavit said.

Osuna allegedly pushed away a flight attendant who tried to intervene, the document said. Two flight attendants and passengers restrained Osuna with flex cuffs.

At one point, a flight attendant had to pull up Osuna's pants and underwear because his buttocks were exposed, the affidavit said.
