(OTCBB:ORHI) announces that OmniResponse, Inc., the wholly owned consumer products enterprise of OmniReliant Holdings, Inc., signed an exclusive Distribution Agreement with Maine Street Living Corporation, makers of Ecomfort™ mattresses, pads, and pillows. This agreement grants OmniResponse the exclusive rights to market Maine Street Living Corporation products via direct response television, live shopping, and the internet on an international basis (excluding North America). In addition, OmniResponse acquired the non-exclusive license to market the products to brick and mortar retail stores in North America and internationally.
The purpose of the agreement is to extend distribution and sales of Ecomfort™ products into international territories and retail stores by leveraging OmniResponse's successful experience in creating innovative Direct Marketing campaigns through various media channels to increase sales and distribution. To further expand the Ecomfort™ brand, OmniResponse will collaborate with Maine Street Living Corporation to create and distribute new products.
