MESA, Ariz., Oct. 1, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- B2 Digital, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BTDG) announced today that a copy of the NI 43-101 Technical Report was received from Firma Gold Inc. for its Courville property. The Company has filed the report at PinkSheets.com under "Financials - OTC Disclosure Supplemental Information September 30, 2010." The NI 43-101 report covers the Firma Gold property located in the Courville Township, Abitibi Quebec, Canada to which B2 Digital has acquired a control position pursuant to their Joint Venture Agreement.

On September 11, 2010, B2 Digital, Inc. entered into a joint venture agreement with Firma Gold with respect to their properties located in the rich Malartic region of Quebec Canada. Firma Gold's estimated reserves of 1.5 million ounces could have an estimated worth of $1,875 billion based upon the current price of gold. B2 Digital, Inc. will receive 90% of the net profit after deduction of capital or operating costs incurred in their role as JV partner. Firma Gold will receive 10 percent of the net profit under terms of the Joint Venture Agreement.
