(Pink Sheets:AVEW) today announced the appointment of two members of the company's Board of Directors and the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer. At a meeting of the company's Board of Directors, Richard Britton and Joe Wooten were appointed as Directors and Mr. Wooten was appointed to serve as CEO and President. Gary Nerison was replaced as Director and as CEO. Tony Lopez will continue in his position as Director.
Richard Britton has 27 years of mortgage banking and commercial lending experience and 29 years of sales management experience including with a full range of companies from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. He has served in a wide range of positions including CEO, National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Mr. Britton has owned 3 successful start-up companies including a mortgage company and 2 apparel manufacturing companies. Additionally, he is extremely knowledgeable in the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and Over-the-Counter markets, where ActionView International's stock currently trades. Mr. Britton is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Wooten developed and ran as the CEO/President of DealerXchange, an online B2B remarketing bidding solution for the Off Lease return automotive industry. Additionally, Mr. Wooten is president of Premier Luxury Events, a leader in the upscale private event niche. Mr. Wooten is also an avid fitness expert, scholarship college athlete and fight fanatic and is currently training his MMA skills at No Limits MMA gym located in Irvine, California. Mr. Wooten is the Co-Founder/Executive Director for World Championship Full Contact (WCFC) in addition to serving on the ActionView Board of Directors.
