DETROIT, Jan. 10, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Compuware Corporation (Nasdaq:CPWR), the technology performance company, today announced that IDC, a premier provider of global market intelligence, has named it a leader for IT PPM (project and portfolio management) in its latest IDC MarketScape report, titled: IT Project and Portfolio Management 2010 Vendor Analysis. IDC also awarded Compuware "major vendor" designations within the report's PPM SaaS, IT Financial Management and ALM/IT PPM categories.
