Data obtained from embedded 'smart' sensors, which check the status of water pH levels and temperature; sewage biodegrading processing status; and ambient shelter temperatures can be carried, via a LEO satellite global network, to the designated monitoring and coordination center. This represents an unprecedented and unified 'mobile' and quick response solution to global disasters with the possibility of having the 'TRIPLE PLAY' air dropped or driven-in or shipped to the disaster area and quickly assembled and activated.
