O'Donnell, Chairman and CEO announced that the Board of Directors of New Jersey Community Bank (OTCBB:NJCB) (the "Bank") at its regular meeting held on April 20, 2011, approved and declared a 5% stock dividend on the Bank's common stock. The stock dividend is payable on May 31, 2011 to shareholders of record on May 13, 2011. Currently, the Bank has 1,648,783 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
