Morales comes to Healthstat from Willis, one of the world's largest employee benefits consulting firms, where he was one of the company's Top 3 producers for the past three years. He frequently speaks at industry conferences about on-site health clinics, self-funded insurance, wellness and other cost mitigation strategies. In 2007-08, the Tampa Bay Times named him a "Rising Star"; a young professional destined to be among the next generation's civic, business and cultural leaders.
