(OTCBB:DFRH) ("DRH" or the "Company"), a leading franchisee for Buffalo Wild Wings® ("BWW"), today announced Buffalo Wild Wings' success in raising funds for the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation in Tampa, Fla.
The Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation was founded in 1994 with the sole purpose of supporting the three major areas of concentration at the Cancer Center – cancer research, patient care, and education. By making a donation or planning fundraising events, the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation is able to meet its mission: to contribute to the prevention and cure of cancer.
In May, Buffalo Wild Wings' locations in Riverview, Fish Hawk, North Port, Brandon, Fort Myers, Sarasota, and Lakeland, Fla., sold bracelets and cards benefiting the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation. Throughout the month, restaurant guests could purchase a bracelet and card for $5. The card was hung in the participating Buffalo Wild Wings locations, while guests who purchased the bracelet could not only wear it in support of the cause but also receive an additional 10 percent discount on food purchases at the participating Buffalo Wild Wings locations in May.
All seven Tampa area Buffalo Wild Wings locations raised $10,962 for the Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation.
