Two children and an adult were killed when a pipeline belonging to Indonesia's state oil and gas company caught fire on Thursday, police said. The fire from the pipeline in West Java's Subang district quickly spread to houses nearby, killing the residents, provincial police chief Martinus Sitompul said.
