Two American soldiers were shot and killed Wednesday in an “insider attack” in eastern Afghanistan.
The gunmen were dressed in Afghan Security Force uniforms when they opened fire on the Americans. The two attackers were also shot dead by return fire.
U.S. and coalition military officials have not released the identities of the two Americans killed or the precise location of the incident.
This is the second “inside attack” against coalition forces so far this year.
