A video showing pop star Justin Bieber behaving badly made the rounds on Wednesday, and now the singer wants to make sure that one person knows he regrets his actions in the clip -- or at least one of his actions.

The video, first posted to TMZ, shows the singer using a mop bucket rather than a restroom to relieve himself as he exited the kitchen of a New York nightclub. Then, before leaving, the singer spotted a photo of former president Bill Clinton hanging on the wall and sprayed it with a bottle of cleaner as he said, "F--- you, Bill Clinton!"

Shortly after the clip surfaced, Bieber reached out to the former president.

"Justin and President Clinton spoke (Wednesday). Justin profusely apologized to the former president and explained he was being stupid, and young," read a statement from Bieber's camp.

The 19-year-old then publicly tweeted his thanks to Clinton.
