LogMeIn Intends to Defend Patent Infringement Claims Made by 01 Communique

WOBURN, Mass., Sept. 10, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LogMeIn, Inc. (Nasdaq:LOGM), a provider of SaaS-based, remote-connectivity solutions, today issued a statement announcing its intent to vigorously defend the claims of patent infringement made by 01 Communique Laboratory, Inc. The action was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia on September 8, 2010, and names both LogMeIn and Dell, Inc. as defendants. The complaint seeks damages in an unspecified amount and injunctive relief. Following a preliminary evaluation, LogMeIn believes it has meritorious defenses to the claims and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously.
