Anthony Weiner recieved a musical tribute during Tuesday night's "Tonight Show."

In the matter of a week, Anthony Weiner’s sexting scandal made newspaper headlines, caused a Carlos Danger craze on social media, provided endless material to news outlets and late night talk shows, and plummeted the New York City mayoral candidate’s standing to fourth place polls.

On Tuesday’s Tonight Show Actress Kristin Chenoweth took it to a new level when she took a dig at the bruised politician and performed a parody to the tune of “Popular” from the Broadway musical “Wicked,” which she starred in.

“You need someone to make you popular. The right kind of popular. There will be no more sexy tapes with your biceps flex. You’re roaming eye will roam no more. You want to be the mayor stop acting like a big old whore,” Chenoweth sang as she offered Weiner some advice.
