Will this plan to save the Louisiana coast eliminate communities in the process?

In “Water’s Edge” Part 2.1, plans to implement sediment diversions are nearly underway. While the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) and the Water Institute work to save as much of Louisiana’s coast as possible, the fact remains that some communities will be prioritized over others.
