Missing Hong Kong Bookseller Appears on Chinese TV

Beijing said Gui Minhai surrendered in late 2015, confessing to a fatal drink-driving accident 11 years ago. His disappearance, along with four other publishers of critical books, had aroused suspicion of political abductions.
